Single MMR Vaccinations
Since 2002 we have successfully vaccinated many children (given them single MMR Jabs) whose parents had concerns regarding the safety of the MMR vaccination offered to them by their NHS GPs.A high percentage of the children we vaccinate also have allergies and excema which indicate they may not have a perfectly functioning immune system – and even so we have no recorded adverse reactions.
It has always been our policy to have a doctor run Single MMR Jab clinics during which parents have ample opportunity to discuss their concerns and to address the needs of each child individually. We also always have a nurse present assisting the doctor during the childs vaccination.
We remain committed to sourcing all our Single MMR jab vaccines from internationally recognised manufacturers. The vaccines may not be licensed in the UK but all this means is that they do not have a Marketing License in the UK and must therefore only be prescribed and can not be freely promoted or bought over the counter.
The Children’s Immunisation Centre was one of the first organisations to offer single MMR jabs (separate measles, mumps and rubella vaccinations) to children in the UK.
In October 2008 Hannah Poling an autistic child won a huge payout from a triple vaccine manufacturer, who said that she had a DNS genetic predisposition to become autistic given the MMR vaccine More Info…
In 2009 a Dr Walker in the USA has studied 275 autistic children and found in a large percentage of the cases that these children had the live Measles virus living in their gut after vaccination with the triple MMR .You can see more about this on the Daily Mail online. We do not use the same MMR or Measles virus vaccine in the vaccine we have chosen to use.
We believe that our approach and the vaccines we use are the safest for your child in order to be protected from the Measles Mumps and Rubella (German Measles) diseases.
