We have been inspected and have our license from the CHAI (formerly NCSC). Should you have any complaints, please contact us first on 0870 161 0007/0009 and we will respond to you within 2 days (you can also request our Complaints Policy by telephone).

This little girl came with her Mum to our clinic in 2002. She was fit and well following each immunisation and finished her programme without incident....or tears!

This brave boy and his Mum and Dad came from Cheshire to our surgery. Following his second vaccine he had a very slight reaction (mild rash) which cleared up during the usual time period and was without any ill-effects. He finished his programme without any further reactions and we look forward to seeing him for his boosters.
