Statement of Purpose

1. We aim to provide the highest standards of individualised quality care to our patients and their families or carers within a friendly, safe and appropriate environment
2. We will respect each patient’s race, religion and culture and treat all patients and their families or carers without judgement
3. The staff of the Children’s Immunisation Centre aim to provide the highest professional standard of clinical care by ensuring that their skills and knowledge are regularly updated (through video training and published clinical studies and continuous assessment)
4. When carrying out all immunisations, the staff at the Children’s Immunisation Centre will support the parent/carer and child at all times, considering their emotional and physical well-being whilst under our care
5. We aim to ensure that the delivery of our services is understood by and accessible to all patients, accommodating all cultural and ethnic diversity, and disability and our objective is “peace of mind”
